MEASURING METHOD on HEMACHEM-3 COSMEDI

BILIRUBIN MEASUREMENT
(1) Pull the Sample Holder from parts of Bilirubin and locate the Hematocrit Tube to Sample Holder(FIG)
(2) Insert the Sample Holder to the parts of Bilirubin
(3) Indicator is displayed after "OPE". (Ex)"15.5"

HEMOGLOBIN MEASUREMENT
(1) Cuvette is located to "LAG"(FIG)
(2) 1mL of Hemoglobin Reagent is poured into the Cuvette by using 1ml Pippette(FIG)
(3) 5uL of Blood from Hematocrit Tube is melted with Hemoglobin Reagent by using 5uL Micro Pippette
(4) Shakes well(FIG)
(5) Wait abut 5 minutes(FIG)
(6) Open the lid and locate the Cuvette to the parts of Cuvette(FIG)
(7) Close the lid
(8) Push the Hemoglobin Button.
(9) Indicator shows an analyzing result after "OPE"(Ex. "14.0")

GLUCOSE MEASUREMENT
(1) Cuvette is located to "LAG"(FIG)
(2) 1mL of Glucose Reagent is poured into the Cuvette by using 1ml Pippette(FIG)
(3) 5uL of Serum from Hematocrit Tube is melted with Glucose Reagent by using 5uL Micro Pippette.
(4) Shakes well(FIG)
(5) Wait abut 5 minutes(FIG)
(6) Open the lid and locate the Cuvette to the parts of Cuvette(FIG)
(7) Close the lid
(8) Push the Glucose Button
(9) Indicator shows an analyzing result after "OPE"(Ex. "200")
